Job Description

Responsible for operational management of a portfolio of 3/4 residential developments, including line managing, training, and advising Development Managers and site staff. Support the Associate Director and mentor team members. Key responsibilities include portfolio management, liaising with stakeholders, overseeing maintenance and repairs, interpreting leases, ensuring compliance with legislation, managing financials, and maintaining high standards across schemes.

Additional duties involve supporting staff training, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing contractor performance, overseeing maintenance projects, and representing the company at meetings. Deputise for the Associate Director when necessary, and contribute to process improvements.
