About the Role

Reporting locally to senior leadership in London and collaborating with global teams, you'll ensure the seamless delivery of property management, client relations, and asset services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead property management and facility teams, fostering a hospitality-focused client experience.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and capital projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage maintenance plans, inspections, and vendor relationships with a focus on sustainability and operational excellence.
• Support client improvement projects, including tenant fit-outs and major system upgrades.
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering flexible and tailored real estate solutions.
• Represent the organisation at industry events to strengthen its presence in the life sciences and technology sectors.
