Senior Property Manager (11-month maternity cover) - Southeast London - Mon-Fri - £35,000-£37,000

Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Salary: £35,000-£37,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:00

My client, an award-winning Estate Agency gaining traction over the last five years, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team in Southeast London. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will deliver exceptional service, uphold the company's reputation, and manage your property portfolio. This role is an 11-month maternity cover contract.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Handling daily maintenance, including complex and urgent works, efficiently and timely
• Ensuring the portfolio complies with all relevant regulations and health and safety standards
• Arranging inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and conducting property inspections
• Advising utility companies on meter readings and billing during void periods
• Coordinating estimates and repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants, and troubleshooting issues
• Negotiating deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding rebuttal processes

Must Have:

• Experience in Property Management
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and punctual
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Client-facing experience
• Strong administrative and IT skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
• Positive and encouraging attitude
