We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Management : Address inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally.
  • Property Inspections and Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections, oversee repairs, and organise check-ins/check-outs to assess damages for deposit deductions.
  • Legal Compliance : Stay up-to-date and ensure properties comply with property regulations and safety standards.
  • Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • CRM and Organisational Skills : Learn and master all our CRM systems to track tasks, create detailed reports, and use tools to their full capacity.
  • Inbox Management : Organise emails to ensure no inquiries are missed, and clients are promptly responded to.
  • Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly reports with KPIs and achievements; report to the Head of Property Management.
  • Snagging and Handover : Attend snagging and handover appointments for new-build properties.
  • Vendor Management : Liaise with contractors and oversee quality of work.
  • Emergency Response : Handle urgent property issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Fast learner
  • High level of spoken and written english
