Job summary

Peace Recruitment Group Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring tenants and landlords receive exceptional service and that relationships are developed and maintained.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, ensuring Safety Certificates and Fire Risk Assessments are up to date, conducting quarterly inspections, and collaborating with a small team to achieve targets while driving business opportunities.

• Fully managing a portfolio of properties in a timely and effective manner
• Working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure excellent customer service and to foster relationships
• Monitor and track properties using company system/software, managing move outs, move ins and tenant swaps
• Managing reactive day to day maintenance within your property portfolio
• Managing compliance including Safety Certificates, Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Training
• Quarterly inspections and reporting back to landlords and tenants, identifying repairs/maintenance
• Collaborating with a team of 4 other property managers to deliver targets and drive business

Job description

8:45am-5pm (4pm Friday finish)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fully managing a portfolio of properties in a timely and effective manner, which includes;
• Working closely with your landlords and tenants to ensure they receive excellent customer service foster and develop relationships.
• Monitor and track all properties using company system/software (SME experience preferred), managing move outs, move ins and tenant swaps.
• Managing reactive day to day maintenance within your property portfolio..
• Managing your own compliance including Safety Certificates, Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Training.
• Responsible for quarterly inspections, feedback communicated back to the landlord and tenant, identifying any repairs/maintenance.
• Working closely with your team (4 other property managers) to ensure they deliver their roles and achieve targets. Driving business and networking where possible.
