Our client is a global real estate organization operating in commercial and residential spaces, managing high-profile buildings and developments. Due to an internal move, they seek an experienced Senior Property / Facilities Manager for a landmark building in the City of London. The role involves managing the building's service charge budget, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of service. Working Monday to Friday, collaborating with the Building Director and Senior Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will foster strong relationships with occupiers and lead a team to deliver a 5-star service. The salary is circa £70-80k, with discretionary bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities include:
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a senior property/facilities management role, preferably within a trophy building or corporate HQ. Experience managing service charges, budgets, and qualifications in Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH) or professional memberships are desirable.
