Senior Property Manager

Your duties will include:

• Managing residential portfolios in accordance with processes and legislation
• Assisting the Head of Property Management to deliver professional property management services for various developments and properties, proactively managing in line with management agreements/SLA
• Supporting the management of company income and service delivery targets
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure property maintenance
• Coordinating with contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Handling leaseholder inquiries related to the development
• Managing communications via phone, email, and correspondence with stakeholders
• Attending residents and directors meetings, issuing draft minutes, and raising fees when applicable
• Drafting and issuing Section 20 notices for major works
• Corresponding with leaseholders, tenants, and letting agents regarding lease breaches
• Preparing service charge budgets
• Ensuring smooth operation of properties

Candidate requirements:

Must be eager to develop a career in property, with experience in customer care and client relationships. Must have a driving license, be approachable, presentable, IT literate, and a driven individual.
