JobsTrackR in Chester is seeking a Senior Property Management Surveyor for a temporary role paying £35.15ph PAYE. The position offers 22.5 hours per week.

You will lead asset strategies across commercial or operational property portfolios, including rent reviews, renewals, valuations, acquisitions and disposals. You will work with Facilities Management to ensure maintenance and compliance, manage liabilities such as insurance, business rates, health and safety, and contribute to EPC data

Senior Property Management Surveyor needed in Chester

This is a temporary role and the rate is £35.15ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work 22.5 hours each week. They will lead the management and delivery of asset strategies across commercial or operational property portfolios, overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, acquisitions and disposals. They will negotiate and agree commercial lettings and occupation terms, review asset performance to identify opportunities, and provide clear reporting to support informed property decision‑making.

They will work closely with Facilities Management to ensure effective maintenance, repairs and compliance, and manage occupational liabilities including insurance, business rates, health and safety and maintenance obligations. They will take responsibility for EPC data management and contribute to strategic climate objectives, calculate and implement service charges and recharges, and instruct external consultants where required. They will support the maintenance of the asset register and valuations, interpret complex legal and title documentation, and provide guidance and support to junior colleagues undertaking professional work.
