Job summary

Beach Baker is seeking a Property Management Surveyor at Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join its Bristol team. You will manage a portfolio of office and industrial assets with hybrid working across the South West and South Wales.

You will act as a key contact for clients, deliver a full range of property management services, and mentor junior team members while liaising with asset managers and solicitors.

Qualifications

• Experience within commercial property management, ideally involving office and industrial assets.
• MRICS qualified preferred, although strong non-qualified candidates will be considered.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Organised, commercially aware and proactive.
• Team-focused with the ability to support and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships.
• Preparing and monitoring service charge budgets.
• Overseeing Facilities Managers and on-site teams.
• Managing tenant applications, lease compliance and operational matters.

A leading property consultancy is looking to appoint a Property Management Surveyor at Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join its successful Bristol team.

Working on behalf of institutional investors and major property owners, you will manage a portfolio of business space assets, primarily office and industrial properties, across the South West and South Wales. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to work on some of the region's most prominent commercial property portfolios.

Role Overview

You will act as a key point of contact for clients and occupiers, delivering a full range of property management services, including:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Preparing and monitoring service charge budgets
• Overseeing Facilities Managers and on-site teams
• Managing tenant applications, lease compliance and operational matters
• Producing client reports and supporting portfolio initiatives
• Liaising with asset managers, solicitors and other professional advisers
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary of up to £60,000
