Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Gloucester seeks an experienced MRICS Head of Property Management on a 6-month FTC, offering circa £75,000 per annum.

You will lead a multi-site team, oversee commercial and residential portfolios, and own service delivery. The role blends technical property management with client leadership and commercial growth in a senior leadership capacity. The position is hybrid with two on-site days per week in Gloucester.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on leadership role overseeing multi-site property management
• Experience with commercial and residential portfolios preferred
• MRICS qualification preferred or MRICS-equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management activities, service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Act as senior point of contact for key clients, delivering high-quality service.
• Ensure statutory compliance and effective management of rent, service charges and recoverables.
• Lead and develop the Property Management and Facilities Management teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the managed portfolio.
• Take ownership of service quality and commercial results of the property management function.
