Job summary

BWF Legal Recruitment seeks an experienced Fee Earner to join its Property Litigation team. You will work under a partner-led department, taking over an up-to-date caseload and coordinating with paralegal support across a range of disputes including landlord and tenant matters, covenants, Lease renewals, and boundary disputes.

Qualifications

• Experienced in property litigation and dispute resolution.
• Capable of handling landlord, owner and management company cases.

Responsibilities

• Advise landlords, owners and management companies on disputes.
• Covenant breaches and claims related to property.
• Landlord & tenant matters including renewals and enfranchisement.
• Handle Land Registry and boundary disputes; manage a caseload.
