Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate litigation and 1954 Act lease renewals (opposed/unopposed).
• Willingness to own and deliver top client service across sectors.
• Positive, friendly, collegiate approach to teamwork and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and commercial implications of commercial property disputes.
• Collaborate with Legal Operations and Business Services for integrated client service.
• Support profitability with real estate paralegals as needed.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing and new clients and internal teams.
