The People Pod in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to operate fully remotely. You will work with high‑value UK residential off‑plan and specialist housing investments, earning a rolling retainer and uncapped commissions.

This role offers autonomy, inbound leads, flexible hours, and a clear path to leadership as the team grows internationally. Excellent communication and advisory skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Direct experience selling UK Residential Off-Plan & Specialist Housing.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven performance in property investment sales.
• Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, identify buying signals, and close consistently.
• Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare.

Responsabilidades

• Engage prospective investors to understand their financial objectives and long‑term strategy.
• Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, nurturing long‑term relationships built on trust.
• Guide clients through decision‑making, negotiation and completion.
• Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options.
• Communicate clear rationale and analysis behind every recommendation.
• Follow a structured qualification and advisory process to ensure aligned, evidence‑based guidance.
