Your new company

Part of a global real estate investor, this role is based in the EMEA HQ, managing a UK asset portfolio. It is part of a growing UK team with plans for significant expansion. The role is newly created due to growth.

Your new role

Working across the UK Property portfolio, mainly focused on Commercial assets, this role will own reporting and commercial accounting processes. You will be responsible for Business Partnering with budget holders and delivering quarterly reports with analysis to the senior team.

Duties:

1. Preparation of monthly and quarterly UK reporting, including analysis
2. Managing annual processes and liaising with auditors
3. Performance, liquidity, and debt analysis and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified or experienced professional with a background in the Real Estate sector. Ambition to grow your career within a global group is desirable. Experience working with senior stakeholders and group functions is preferred.
