Part of a global real estate investor, this role is in the EMEA HQ managing a UK asset portfolio. It is part of a growing UK team with significant expansion planned. The role is newly created due to growth.

Your new role

Working across the UK Property portfolio, mainly focused on commercial assets, this role will own reporting and commercial accounting processes. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for UK including analysis
• Managing annual processes including audit liaison
• Performance analysis and liquidity/debt reporting

In this role, you will also be responsible for business partnering with budget holders and delivering quarterly reports with analysis to the senior team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified or qualified by experience professional with a background in the Real Estate sector. Experience working with senior stakeholders and group functions is preferred. Long-term ambition to grow within a global group is desirable.
