Job summary

High Speed 2 (HS2) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in resolving cross-programme risks and issues, coordinating integrated solutions for governance approvals, and interfacing with external stakeholders while working with internal delivery and functional teams.

This role supports the Washwood Heath delivery to budget, time, and quality, enabling the successful HS2 railway to passenger service.

Qualifications

• Project Management expertise to plan and integrate projects; advanced APM PM knowledge.
• Problem Solving to manage integration issues and multi workstreams.
• Decision Making to identify options and apply judgement.
• Influencing & Negotiating with internal functions and external partners.
• Building Relationships with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to resolve cross-programme risks and issues.
• Coordinate teams to develop integrated solutions for governance approvals.
• Interface with external stakeholders while collaborating with delivery and functional teams.
• Support Washwood Heath integration with budget, time and quality.
• Lead a team of Project Managers.
