Job summary

Anthony Best Dynamics Limited is seeking a Head of Projects to lead the company’s project portfolio, including customer-facing driving simulator projects and internal R&D. You will guide a small Project Engineering team, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality while coordinating with Business Development, Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• Significant project or portfolio management experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience delivering multiple projects with budgets, forecasts, risks and deadlines.
• Experience leading, developing and managing a team.
• Experience managing customer relationships across functions.
• Experience improving project processes, systems or reporting.
• Experience using project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for the successful delivery of the project portfolio.
• Lead key projects where appropriate and manage delivery success.
• Monitor progress, budgets, forecasts, risks, resources and customer satisfaction with reporting.
• Plan and control projects to agreed scope, timelines, cost and quality.
• Lead, develop and coach a team of Project Engineers.
• Balance hands-on delivery with delegation across the portfolio.
• Foster strong customer relationships and align with stakeholders.
• Improve project processes, systems and governance for growth.
• Provide SMT with insight into performance, capacity and opportunities.
