Senior Projects Engineer

Description

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Senior Projects Engineer position, joining our Nottingham, PA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Administration & Implementation: Lead and manage engineering projects focusing on manufacturing, automation, equipment/process engineering, and continuous improvement, including equipment redesign.
• Project Analysis: Assess problems, analyze data, and develop solutions related to manufacturing and production goals.
• Communications: Effectively communicate project milestones, priorities, and issues across the organization.
• Project Design: Use control systems knowledge to design, troubleshoot, and optimize electro-mechanical systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 10+ years experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (preferred).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; advanced skills preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred, not required).
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical skills.
