Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc seeks an experienced Project Systems Architect to lead the technical architecture for complex programmes, ensuring integrated system delivery and governance.

You will collaborate across engineering, product management, delivery and external partners to drive design authority, architectural standards and reusable reference architectures, ensuring robust, scalable solutions across projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive design and architecture experience in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Ability to understand interactions between physical engineering, networks and data centres.
• Proven governance of engineering architectures and reference designs.
• Strong ability to defend architectural decisions under conflicting pressures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and act as senior design authority within Project Engineering.
• Coordinate with Global Engineering Lead on handover of designs for field deployment and maintainability.
• Define interfaces and dependencies to ensure an integrated solution across disciplines.
• Maintain architectural principles, reference architectures and design standards.
• Lead architectural decision-making, risk management and technical reviews.
• Mentor Design Engineers and Engineering Leads to raise capability and consistency.
