About the Client - My client is a specialist, independent firm known for its supportive, collaborative environment. They operate across a broad and diverse range of sectors including private residential, built to rent, corporate real estate, office refurbishments and new builds, life sciences and tech, hotels, healthcare, and stadium projects.

This particular role sits within their Life Sciences division and is focused on delivering high-value data centre schemes, one of the fastest-growing and most technically complex sectors they support. This is a senior-level role for someone who brings strong experience within the data centre space and is ready to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion. You'll be delivering both cost consultancy and employer’s agent services while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading cost management and procurement strategies across all project stages
• Acting as Employer’s Agent on design and build contracts

• Managing risk, tracking budgets, and ensuring quality of delivery
