Job summary

The Conway Group is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to lead projects from inception to delivery at our Magherafelt head office. You will oversee cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and performance against budget and schedule on major Design & Build schemes.

We require an accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or Project Management with at least five years’ experience, and you will demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving abilities while

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or Project Management with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience managing multiple Design & Build projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver outputs on time and to cost constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and quality to high standards.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards on all sites.
• Contribute to strategic growth and development plans.
