Job summary

Manchester City Council is seeking a suitably experienced project leader to deliver and manage construction related projects across a diverse portfolio in the Capital Programme Division.

The successful candidate will hold a BSc/MSc level qualification (or equivalent) and be passionate about project delivery, with strong data analysis, reporting skills, and a solid grasp of building legislation, CDM and major contracts (JCT, PSPC, NEC3/4). You will lead end-to-end delivery on complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Qualified to BSc/MSc level or equivalent and experience.
• Passionate about project delivery with a track record.
• Competent in data analysis and project reporting.
• Strong knowledge of building legislation and CDM.
• Experience delivering construction contracts end-to-end.

Responsibilities
