Atos is seeking a skilled Project Planner in the UK to develop, manage and optimise complex project schedules across the full lifecycle. You will act as the planning interface between the client, design partners, contractors and suppliers, ensuring plans are robust and aligned with client requirements.

You will use schedule analysis, reporting and risk insights to identify issues early and support informed decision-making to keep programme delivery on track.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project planning and controls.
• Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage and optimise detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, integrating contractor and supplier schedules into a single master programme.
• Oversee planning throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to handover, coordinating with clients and partners.
• Produce weekly and monthly planning reports, track milestones, and manage baselines and risks.
• Lead programme plan reviews with client representatives, design partners and contractors with data-driven insights.
