Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp in London seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex water infrastructure programmes from inception through close-out. You will act as the primary client lead for major programmes with Thames Water and the Environment Agency, ensuring governance and commercial success.

The role requires 5–8 years’ delivery experience in water/utilities, strong leadership, and NEC3/4 contract management knowledge, with proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6 and BI reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure projects/programmes end-to-end.
• Experience in water/utilities governance and sector delivery models.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 contract management, cost control and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex water infrastructure projects and programmes from inception to close-out.
• Act as primary client lead for major programmes with Thames Water and Environment Agency.
• Plan, schedule, cost control, and risk management across multiple workstreams.
• Mentor project teams and ensure collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee contract administration and governance compliance (NEC3/4).
• Develop and maintain PM plans, dashboards and reporting systems.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across utilities, contractors and internal teams.
