Qualifications

• 3–5 years infrastructure experience, with focus on water/environment.
• PM qualification in progress or interest in pursuing chartership.
• Site and office-based experience on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead allocation of actions, tracking and reporting of progress.
• Take responsibility for small-to-medium projects and contribute to frameworks.
• Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
• Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent Ridge and clients professionally across projects.
• Ensure project controls and governance are implemented.
• Support senior colleagues on complex programmes.
