Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams on high-value UK infrastructure projects. You will act as the trusted link between clients, partners and internal teams to ensure safety, quality and performance across complex delivery programs.

You will bring extensive experience in Utilities, Renewables or Infrastructure, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of NEC contracts and governance to drive successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale projects in utilities, renewables or infrastructure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with inclusive leadership.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale or multiple projects with confidence and clarity.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust.
• Champion collaboration across diverse teams and disciplines.
• Ensure NEC contract compliance while keeping projects on track and on budget.
