Job summary

BakerHicks is recruiting across Electrical Services to support a growing portfolio of live projects across Nuclear, Defence and regulated sectors in the UK. Roles range from Engineer to Principal, offering a path to technical leadership within a safety‑critical environment.

Based in hybrid roles across London, Warwick, Manchester and Derby, you’ll design HV/LV power systems, oversee delivery, and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex, regulated or safety-critical project environments.
• Understanding of quality, assurance, safety and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Motivation to develop technically and progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Engineering & Design across HV/LV distribution and infrastructure.
• Technical governance, design assurance and project delivery support.
• Lead or support projects from design through delivery and operational support.
• Provide BIM/CAD and information management documentation as required.
