Job summary

Doocey Group, a long-established family-run utility and civil engineering contractor, invites applications for a Senior Project Manager in Tipton. You will lead Project Managers and delivery teams, drive safe, compliant and on-time project delivery, and ensure value with effective programme management and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

Extensive project management experience in utilities or civil engineering.
Strong stakeholder, communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage P&L and project budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and manage Project Managers and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.
Chair client and stakeholder meetings and maintain relationships.
Develop and oversee project programmes and critical paths.
Drive productivity, programme performance and profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements.
