Senior Project Manager to Associate Director | Education/Public Sector construction projects (multiple roles available)

Location: Yorkshire (hybrid)

The role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all services related to project management across Yorkshire.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Delivering, leading, and overseeing project activities, ensuring effective communication and compliance with governance procedures.
  • Understanding, anticipating, informing, and delivering great outcomes for clients, consistently.
  • Driving exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management, and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the lifecycle.
  • Developing a team of Project Managers with a strong pipeline of work.
The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a consultancy, developer, or client-side environment and demonstrate a positive, proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering customer service excellence and good commercial results.

Essential experience includes:

  • A construction-related degree or similar qualification with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar role within a consultancy or developer.
  • Experience delivering projects in education and public (or comparable) sectors.
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, disciplined, and commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
