Job summary

Greenacre Recruitment Ltd. seeks a highly experienced Special Projects Surveyor to lead major remediation and latent defect projects across a residential portfolio, with a focus on cladding, fire safety and building safety works.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on budget, and to the highest quality, while engaging residents and stakeholders throughout.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering major works projects in housing, construction or building consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of building defects, fire safety and remediation works.
• Commercially aware with strong organisational skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major remedial works projects, including cladding and fire safety programmes.
• Procure and manage consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Oversee programme delivery with focus on quality, cost control and risk management.
• Engage residents and stakeholders with regular updates and handle complex enquiries.
• Monitor health and safety and statutory compliance throughout delivery.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management and governance groups.
