Job summary

Elecomm are a leading UK building services provider with a focus on Electrical, Mechanical, Technology Services and Maintenance solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple retail M&E programmes from our Head Office in Sheffield, with travel to client sites across the UK.

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will manage programmes, budgets and resources, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and to scope.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience delivering projects for major UK supermarkets and national retailers in live retail environments.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with budget, forecast, and subcontractor management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.
• Sound understanding of M&E installations, drawings, specs and delivery requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident with clients and senior management.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple retail M&E projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Take ownership of project programmes, budgets, resources, procurement and overall delivery performance.
• Coordinate site teams, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Maintain commercial control including cost management, forecasting and variations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, main contractors and project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, programme constraints and commercial challenges.
• Ensure all projects comply with Elecomm Health & Safety, QA and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Estimating, Procurement and Compliance teams for delivery.
• Provide accurate project reporting and regular progress updates to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational performance and client satisfaction.
