Sustainable Building Services (SBS) is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites. You will manage Site Managers, Supervisors and site teams, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

With a 39.5-hour week and a strong focus on decarbonisation, you will drive project performance from setup through completion and handover. A robust benefits package accompanies a competitive salary.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years' experience in the construction industry.
• SMSTS certification is required.
• CSCS card is required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Ability to plan and organise resources to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Set up projects from outset, including resourcing and budgets.
• Develop and manage project programmes for timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor Site Managers, Supervisors, and site operatives.
• Conduct regular team briefings to communicate priorities and milestones.
• Ensure sites are adequately resourced and compliant with standards.
• Monitor subcontractor and supply chain performance against programme.
• Attend operations meetings and produce project reports.
• Ensure retrofit compliance and timely client lodgement deadlines.
