Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for heritage construction based in Greater Manchester. You will lead multiple restoration and refurbishment projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring safety, programme, and budget adherence.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, procurement and forecasting skills, and the ability to manage clients, consultants and subcontractors with a view to delivering high-quality outcomes on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and supply chain management.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor commercial performance, forecasting and cost control.
• Coordinate site teams and provide leadership across project delivery functions.
• Produce progress reports and project updates for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Support the Construction Director with operational planning and project strategy.
