Job summary

Redmore Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead major residential refurbishment, recladding, and education sector projects from inception to handover. You will manage complex multi-stakeholder programs, enforce contract administration, and drive delivery to time, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires MRICS/FRICS preferred status, a relevant degree, and significant experience with multi-million-pound schemes, including fit-out works and full envelope

Qualifications

• Qualified with degree in construction, property, engineering, or related discipline.
• Chartered status (MRICS or FRICS) preferred.
• Proven leadership of multi-million-pound projects.
• Experience delivering major residential refurbishment/recladding schemes.
• Experience in education sector projects (schools, colleges, universities).
• Experience delivering full fit-out projects (CAT A/B and occupied refurbishments).
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, procurement routes, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management per RICS and industry bodies.
• Lead construction projects through all stages, delivering on time, budget, and quality.
• Act as primary liaison for clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risks, procurement, and reporting.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
• Lead refurbishment, recladding, education, and fit-out projects to successful handover.
• Mentor junior team members and support development of the PM team.
