Job summary

Arcadis is expanding its project management capability and seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the Property sector. You will deliver your scope of work in line with budgetary, compliance, regulatory and planning controls, supported by deep technical knowledge and broad business experience.

You will operationally manage core projects or programmes to deliver defined objectives, overseeing budgets, risks and client/stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in the built asset sector.
• Ability to manage junior staff on complex programmes.
• Strong client relationship skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, budgets, compliance and planning controls for projects.
• Deliver multiple small to medium scale projects within deadlines.
• Present risks to senior management and ensure compliant delivery.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
