Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Property sector in the United Kingdom. You will deliver scoped work in line with budgets, compliance and planning controls, while applying technical knowledge and broad business experience to lead programmes of work.

You will oversee project delivery, manage budgets and resources, and provide guidance to colleagues to ensure compliant, successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects/programmes in the built environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across client and delivery teams.
• Knowledge of project controls, budgets and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver multiple projects or programmes to time, budget and quality.
• Provide governance and reporting to senior management on progress and risks.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliant delivery.
• Apply industry best practice to improve processes and delivery outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources.
