Job summary

Beach Baker seeks an experienced Estates Project Manager or Building Surveyor to join a well-established organisation in Bristol. You will take ownership of a diverse property portfolio across Bristol and surrounding areas, and lead major capital projects with a value up to £15 million.

You will work within an experienced Estates team, collaborating with facilities, environmental management and capital projects professionals, with strong stakeholder engagement and a clear pathway for career

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering medium to large-scale construction and property projects as a Project Manager or Building Surveyor.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Professional membership such as MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of major new-build and refurbishment schemes, with projects valued up to £15 million, from inception through to completion.
• Manage a varied estate portfolio across Bristol and the immediate surrounding area, reducing travel.
• Collaborate with an established estates team, including facilities, environmental management and capital projects, and engage with external property and legal advisers.
