The Role

Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join this team. You will manage virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, overseeing full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a variety of events from start to finish
• Briefing the agency and responding to client briefs
• Planning event logistics
• Liaising with external suppliers
• Communicating with internal and external teams
• Updating clients regularly
• Managing budgets
• Managing events onsite across the UK

The Candidate

Ideal candidates will have experience in end-to-end event management, preferably from an events agency. They should be client-facing and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
