Job summary

Premises Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager for site-based delivery of prime residential and heritage projects in the South West of England. The role focuses on planning, coordination and successful delivery of complex schemes valued to £30m, coordinating with clients, consultants and site teams to achieve exceptional quality.

You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and programmes, uphold safety standards and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven PM experience in construction, prime residential or heritage projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for delivery from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage programmes, milestones and deadlines across projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects and professionals.
• Monitor progress and implement solutions to maintain programme and quality.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance on site.
• Coordinate with commercial team on budgets and variations.
• Chair progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
