Job summary

The Event Academy in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a wide portfolio of pharmaceutical events, including congresses, advisory boards and product launches. This role requires extensive global event delivery experience and strong client-facing skills.

You will own projects end-to-end, manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, source venues, and lead teams. Regular European travel is expected in this hybrid, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Own full project delivery from briefing to post-event reconciliation.
• Manage budgets and supplier negotiations.
• Source venues and coordinate logistics for 10–1,000+ attendees.
• Lead project teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate regular European travel as needed.

This role requires extensive global event delivery experience, strong client‑facing skills and the ability to manage complex logistics for events ranging from 10 to 1,000+ attendees. Responsibilities include full project ownership, budget management, supplier negotiation, venue sourcing, team leadership, compliance oversight, onsite delivery and post‑event reconciliation. Candidates must have proven experience working with pharmaceutical clients, exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Regular European travel (1–2 times per month) is required.
