Strata Limited is seeking a Project & Delegate Manager for pharma events in London and Brackley, with hybrid working and travel as required. You will own end-to-end delegate experience, from invitation through post-event follow-up, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and exceptional on-site management.

The role demands strong organisation, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication, with experience in pharmaceutical events being essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical events is essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm under pressure during live events.
• Experience managing delegate registration platforms and databases.
• Experience coordinating travel and accommodation.
• Experience supporting large-scale conferences or exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact on a project for clients and delegates.
• Organise logistics and administration of registration, travel and accommodation.
• Manage events with 50 to 150 HCP attendees.
• Create event timelines and lead update meetings.
• Maintain budgets and report on financials to client.
• Collaborate with suppliers and client agencies (Med Comms, AV, Media, PR).
• Produce venue searches and client proposal documents.
• Oversee accommodation blocks and attrition management.
• Manage event hotlines and email inboxes daily.
