Job summary

Edenred PayTech is hiring a Project Manager for London or Swindon, hybrid, to oversee internal projects within the PayTech Market Delivery Success department. You will manage scope, resources, and timelines for strategic programs, coordinating with Finance, Compliance, Legal and Product teams.

The role requires strong PM experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across international clients. PMI/Prince2 is a plus; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus (French/Spanish/Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new requirements through to acceptance, rollout, and support.
• Plan and track project activities, including resource and budget estimations.
• Establish governance and delivery controls for projects.
• Identify, escalate and deliver manage risks, issues and obstacles.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with internal and external partners.
• Produce regular project status reports and governance artefacts.
• Manage change requests and scope creep, ensuring alignment.
• Champion continuous improvement of PM practices and templates.
