Job summary

Edenred PayTech is recruiting an Internal Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic internal projects across Finance, Compliance, Legal and Product. Hybrid role in Swindon or London, with a salary of £60,000–£75,000 plus bonus.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, establish governance, manage risks and budgets, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality. The role also includes mentoring peers and evolving PM practices.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience.
• Highly organised in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders including international clients and third parties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to deliver to scope, quality and deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new requirements through to acceptance, rollout and support.
• Plan and track project activities including resource and budget estimations.
• Establish governance and delivery controls.
• Identify, escalate and delivery manage risks, issues and obstacles.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with internal and external partners.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and alignment.
• Produce regular project status reports and governance artefacts.
• Manage change requests and scope creep.
• Champion continuous improvement across project practices.
• Mentor peers and junior PMs.
• Support evolution of PM methodologies.
