Job summary

Edenred PayTech UK is hiring an Internal Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across Finance, Compliance, Legal and Product teams. The hybrid role can be based in London or Swindon, and will lead cross-functional projects ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met.

You will mentor peers, shape PM practices, manage risks, and report governance artefacts with a focus on delivery excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience.
• Highly organised in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations with international clients.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• PMI or Prince2 certification preferred.
• Experience with payment programs, regulatory and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new requirements through to acceptance, rollout and support.
• Plan and track project activities, including resource and budget estimations.
• Establish governance and delivery controls.
• Identify, escalate and delivery manage risks, issues and obstacles.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with internal/external partners.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain alignment.
• Produce regular project status reports and governance artefacts.
• Manage change requests and scope creep.
• Champion continuous improvement across project practices.
• Influence standards, templates, tools, and training; mentor peers.
• Support evolution of PM methodologies across the organization.
