Job summary

Altrad are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Scotland. You will lead project teams, manage work packages, and apply NEC4 contract requirements while controlling costs, schedules and risks in a highly regulated environment.

This role focuses on the nuclear defence sector, requiring strong stakeholder management and clear communication to ensure delivery to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues.
• Communicate project information clearly to support collaboration and decision-making.
• Manage and resolve conflicts, negotiating solutions to achieve positive outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver work packages in line with NEC4 contract requirements.
• Monitor and manage project costs, schedules and performance to stay within targets.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation measures.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards, specifications and requirements.
