Job summary

Roke is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the National Security Business. You will lead bid and delivery across Roke's NS portfolio, reporting to the NS Head of Delivery, handling R&D, product development and software delivery for UK and international customers.

Travel to client sites will be required, including London area engagements. You will manage projects end-to-end, maintain risk registers, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful outcomes while developing long-term

Qualifications

Experience delivering bids and contract changes on complex projects.
Fluent in waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management with customers, partners and teams.
Strong business acumen and relationship development through project life cycle.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects from concept to completion per contractual requirements, on time, to budget and quality standards.
Lead bids that address customer pain points with account and technical teams.
Build relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and partners for successful delivery.
Manage project financials including revenue, cash and profit forecasts using company tools.
Coordinate resources with the Resourcing function and client stakeholders.
Create and lead project teams with clear objectives and accountability.
Support the project lifecycle from idea to closure and document assumptions/dependencies in the project plan.
