Roke is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate customer support across the UK and internationally, liaising with customers and internal teams to achieve high satisfaction.

As a Service Delivery Manager your main responsibility is coordinating the support provided to our customers both in the UK and internationally, liaising regularly with Customers, internal stakeholders (including Roke central support functions) and Suppliers, to achieve high and consistent levels of customer satisfaction.
Degree or HND/HNC qualified (or previous relevant experience in Service Management / Project Management roles).
Your work will typically be working from Romsey, with occasional travel to customer sites. International travel may be required on an infrequent basis (up to 2 times a year).
