Job summary

JLL Workplace Management in Abingdon is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of sites, ensuring delivery on safety, quality, cost and programme. You will work under NEC3 frameworks and collaborate with clients, design and delivery teams to manage risk and performance.

The role requires extensive experience in construction/project management, strong admin and IT skills, and the ability to operate in occupied buildings, with MS Office, Asta, MS Projects or Primavera.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds /NVQ construction related qualifications required.
• SSSTS / SMSTS qualification required.
• JIB / BESA knowledge or accreditation.
• CSCS Card holder.
• First Aid training is desirable.
• 10 years+ experience as a Senior Project Manager or higher.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Experience managing Health and Safety across multiple sites.
• Experience of working in occupied buildings or campuses.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Asta, MS Projects or Primavera; Fieldview or similar QA software.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects with values from £20k to £5m.
• Provide health and safety leadership to site delivery teams.
• Support risk management and establish controls for on-time delivery.
• Manage projects under NEC3 Framework Contract.
• Support opportunities to improve commercial performance.
• Lead production of quotations and risk management.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to protect the company's reputation at project level.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance by suppliers and workforce.
• Collaborate with Senior Design Manager for constructable designs.
• Ensure projects align with MS18/CS06, contract programme and cost plan.
• Deliver high service levels and maintain up-to-date project CVR information.
• Communicate effectively and present a professional demeanour.
• Keep SharePoint project status and CVR data current across all projects.
