Job summary

A major facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee lifecycle projects across a diverse multi-site portfolio in Oxford, UK. This role requires managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards. Candidates should have proven project management experience in facilities management, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of CDM regulations, along with an IOSH qualification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or the built environment.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets.
• Experience with contract forms (JCT, NEC).

Responsibilities

• Deliver lifecycle and additional works projects across a diverse FM estate.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion and handover.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
