Job summary

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a Project Manager for the UKAEA Abingdon portfolio. You will lead multi-site projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule compliance under NEC3 with MS18/CS06 guidance.

Candidates should have trade qualifications, extensive PM experience, and a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder networks. You will collaborate with design managers and clients to deliver robust, constructable designs and maintain project documentation and final deliverables on

Qualifications

• 10 Years experience in the role of a Senior Project Manager or above.
• Practical experience within building/construction/building services industries.
• Experience managing Health & Safety across multiple sites.
• Experience working in occupied buildings/campuses.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects with values from £20k to £5m across sites.
• Provide health and safety leadership to site delivery teams.
• Manage project risk and ensure timely delivery within NEC3 framework.
• Support opportunities to improve commercial project performance.
• Maintain client/stakeholder relationships and ensure quality standards.
